The undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby waives, releases and discharges from all claims, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, The Wholeness, a New Mexico non-profit corporation, and any of its employees, officers, board members or representatives, including individually, from any and all liability for personal injuries (including death) and property losses or damage occasioned by, or in connection with visiting, presence or event participation on the property owned by The Wholeness in Santa Fe County, NM. The undersigned further agrees to assume all risks associated with their presence on the property and to abide by the rules and regulations promulgated by The Wholeness and/or its affiliate groups while visiting the property.
